• CityZone reserves the right to remove or suspend any listing without prior notice if suspicious activity is detected.

Website Design & Copyright Policy

Websites provided by CityZoneindia.com under any package or subscription plan are developed using customized templates, layouts, frameworks, and platform resources owned or licensed by CityZoneindia.com.

Customers are allowed to use the website for their business purposes only. However, customers cannot claim, register, transfer, resell, or apply for copyright, trademark, or exclusive ownership rights over the website design, structure, layout, source code, framework, or system provided by CityZoneindia.com.

CityZoneindia.com reserves all rights to its platform architecture, templates, coding structures, design systems, and reusable components.

Only the customer's own business content, such as logo, business name, images, product details, and written content, will remain the property of the respective customer.

Fraud & Third Party Responsibility

CityZone never asks for OTP, passwords, UPI PIN, bank details or KYC verification through phone calls, WhatsApp, SMS or email. Users are advised not to share any confidential information with anyone claiming to represent CityZone.

CityZone shall not be responsible for any fraud, unauthorized transactions, account misuse or financial loss caused due to sharing OTPs, passwords or personal information with third parties.

Payments & Packages

• Users may purchase paid listing or promotional packages available on the platform.
• Package prices, features, and durations may change anytime without prior notice.
• CityZone reserves the right to activate, suspend, upgrade, or remove packages when required.
• Users are responsible for verifying package details before making payment.
• Package purchase confirms the subscription request only and does not guarantee immediate listing activation.
• All listings are subject to review and verification by the CityZone team.
• Listings with incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, or insufficient business information may remain pending until the required details are updated.
• CityZone reserves the right to reject, suspend, or request modifications to any listing that does not meet platform quality standards.

Referral & Commission Policy

• Referral commissions may be provided based on platform promotional programs.
• CityZone reserves the right to verify referral activity before approving payouts.
• Fraudulent, fake, self-generated, or suspicious referrals may result in cancellation of commission.
• Commission structures and percentages may change at any time.

Prohibited Activities

• Posting fake businesses or misleading information.
• Uploading copyrighted or unauthorized content.
• Attempting to hack, spam, abuse, or damage the platform.
• Using automated bots or illegal promotional methods.

Modification of Terms

CityZone may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised terms.

Account Suspension

No Guarantee of Leads or Business

CityZone provides online visibility and listing services only. We do not guarantee customer enquiries, sales, business growth, profits, traffic, rankings, or guaranteed leads from any package, advertisement, or promotional service.

Limitation of Liability

CityZone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, business, financial, technical, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.

In any case, CityZone's total liability shall be limited only to the amount paid by the user for platform services, if applicable.

Intellectual Property

The CityZone name, logo, design, platform structure, and related branding elements are the intellectual property of CityZone and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or distributed without permission.

Users remain responsible for the ownership and legality of the content uploaded by them.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from the use of CityZone shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in India.

Termination Rights
